46-1189,6803200005 is a rear multiple leaf spring with one radius rod applied in some models of Freightliner, such as the FL50, FL60, FL70 and school bus FS65(1996-2008)... It is a very typical and old model, so we don't do it often and require a MOQ. Our painting way is the most advanced at present: electrophoretic coating , so do not worry long time store may lead to rust. It is with 1 Bi-metal bushings made with oil guide grooves in the inner side. We can provide PRODUCT INSPECTION REPORT for every batch. The spring steel material is optional,which we have 60Si2Mn, SUP9/55CrMn, 50CrVA, 51CrV4, 52CrCoV4.The free package way is wooden pallet, special is in charged extra.If you need to improve its load capacity, our engineer can design for you according to your requirement .
