High-quality leaf spring OEM 41003534,41003501,41003455, 41003456 is a heavy-duty multi leaf spring, used on the front axles suspension of Iveco dumper trucks. It has 2 rubber bushings and 1 shock eyes, which can make the leaf spring has enough load capacity, at the same time has comfortness.
Usually assembling is painted black directly by electrophoresis; accept cumtomized other colour painted manually.
Product inspection report for every batch is available for us to provide. The springs steel material is optional; there are 60Si2Mn, SUP9/55CrMn, 50CrVA, 51CrV4, and 52CrCoV4. Usually, the spring steel thickness is ＜ 18mm, we recommend 60Si2Mn; when the thickness is ≥18mm, we recommend at least SUP9/55CrMn, some even choose better spring steel according to the spring technology.
