The electrophoretic coating makes the spring surface smooth and neat. Moreover, this kind of painting thickness is greater than conventional.
Product Inspection Report for every batch is available for us to provide. The spring steel material is optional, including 60Si2Mn, SUP9/55CrMn, 50CrVA, 51CrV4, and 52CrCoV4. Usually, the spring steel thickness is ＜ 18mm, we recommend 60Si2Mn; when the thickness is ≥18mm, we recommend at least SUP9/55CrMn, some even choose better spring steel according to the spring technology.
