62-968,2QK3435M,25175026, is a front full taper leaf spring applied in certain models of Mack trucks, such as CH and CX vision convensional (year from 1989 to 2004 ). It is a very typical and old model, we are very experienced to do it.
Our painting way is the most advanced at present: electrophoretic coating , so do not worry long time store may lead to rust. It is with 2 different rubber bushing.
PRODUCT INSPECTION REPORT for every batch for us is available to provide. The spring steel material is optional, so you can choose 60Si2Mn, SUP9/55CrMn, 50CrVA, 51CrV4, 52CrCoV4. Ususlly, the spring steel thickness ＜ 18mm, we recommend 60Si2Mn;when the thickness ≥18mm, we recommend at least SUP9/55CrMn, some even choose more better spring steel according to the spring technology
