55-021/493962C91 is a heavy duty multi leaf spring applied in certain models of International Navistar trucks for rear tandem suspension.
Assy is painted black directly by the electrophoresis coating process. The advanced electrophoretic coating makes the spring surface smooth and neat. Moreover, this kind of painting thickness is greater than conventional. So don't worry long time store may lead to rust and dust.
PRODUCT INSPECTION REPORT for every batch is available for us to provide. The spring steel material is optional,which have 60Si2Mn, SUP9/55CrMn, 50CrVA, 51CrV4, 52CrCoV4. Usually, the spring steel thickness ＜ 18mm, we recommend 60Si2Mn;when the thickness ≥18mm, we recommend at least SUP9/55CrMn, some even choose more better spring steel according to the spring technology.
