Air spring , beam spring size: 100x35-2L-Z145 is one heavy duty and medium heavy duty leaf spring for semi-trailer. It is very compatible to be used on BPW, HAF, HJ and FRUEHAUF suspensions. It is equiped by air bag and together to load the most of weight of whole vehicle. This suspension reduces the vehicle weight , but requires better technology. The vehicles with air suspensions often travel in a good road condition.
Our advanced electrophoretic coating makes the spring surface smooth and neat. Moreover, this kind of painting thickness is greater than conventional. So don't worry long time store may lead to rust and dust.
PRODUCT INSPECTION REPORT for every batch is available for us to provide. The spring steel material is optional,which have 60Si2Mn, SUP9/55CrMn, 50CrVA, 51CrV4, 52CrCoV4. Usually, the spring steel thickness ＜ 18mm, we recommend 60Si2Mn;when the thickness ≥18mm, we recommend at least SUP9/55CrMn, some even choose more better spring steel according to the spring technology.

A: Yes, we can, but the customized colour is painted by manual instead of electrophoretic painting.

A: The default package way is wooden pallet and it is free, the steel and other special package are in charged extra, if you need, please tell us when you inquire.
