High-quality leaf spring OEM: 96-1318 is a medium and heavy-duty parabolic leaf spring, used on the front axles suspension of Volvo trucks. It is compatible to apply for a couple of Mack models.
Usually assembling is painted black directly by electrophoresis; accept cumtomized other colour painted manually.
Product inspection report for every batch is available for us to provide. The springs steel material is optional; there are 60Si2Mn, SUP9/55CrMn, 50CrVA, 51CrV4, and 52CrCoV4. Usually, the spring steel thickness is ＜ 18mm, we recommend 60Si2Mn; when the thickness is ≥18mm, we recommend at least SUP9/55CrMn, some even choose better spring steel according to the spring technology.

A: Yes, we can, but the customized colour is painted manually instead of electrophoresis process.

A: The default package way is wooden pallet, and it is free; the other special packages are charged extra.
