High-quality leaf spring OEM 2912-09763 for Yutong heavy-duty truck is a off-road leaf spring, used on the rear axles suspension of electric Yutong heavy-duty trucks. It is commonly used on the oiled and electric trucks, the unit net weigth over 530 kg . Its steel material is 51CrV4 and 52CrMoV4 , so the lifetime is longer, the whole work efficiency can get to the best situation.
Usually assembling is painted black directly by electrophoresis; accept cumtomized other colour painted manually.
Product inspection report for every batch is available for us to provide. The springs steel material is optional; there are 60Si2Mn, SUP9/55CrMn, 50CrVA, 51CrV4, and 52CrCoV4. Usually, the spring steel thickness is ＜ 18mm, we recommend 60Si2Mn; when the thickness is ≥18mm, we recommend at least SUP9/55CrMn, some even choose better spring steel according to the spring technology.
