High-quality leaf spring OEM:1479518, 2285560, 90138000, F101T191ZA75 is a parabolic leaf spring, used on thefront axles suspension of Scania trucks. It is compatible to apply for a couple of models: 4-Truck＜2004, P-,G-,R-,T- ＞2004.
Usually assembling is painted black directly by electrophoresis; accept cumtomized other colour painted manually.
Product inspection report for every batch is available for us to provide. The springs steel material is optional; there are 60Si2Mn, SUP9/55CrMn, 50CrVA, 51CrV4, and 52CrCoV4. Usually, the spring steel thickness is ＜ 18mm, we recommend 60Si2Mn; when the thickness is ≥18mm, we recommend at least SUP9/55CrMn, some even choose better spring steel according to the spring technology.
