Products Description
50-299,45332 is a heavy duty multi leaf spring applied in certain models of Hendrickson suspension sysytem, such as RTE and RTE2.
Our painting way is the most advanced at present: electrophoretic coating, so don't worry long time store may lead to rust. It is with 1 common Bi-metal bushings. But we can also provide bronze bushings and Bi-metal bushing with copper layer thickened.
PRODUCT INSPECTION REPORT for every batch is available for us, if you need. The spring steel material is optional,which we have 60Si2Mn, SUP9/55CrMn, 50CrVA, 51CrV4, 52CrCoV4. Ususlly, the spring steel thickness ＜ 18mm, we recommend to use 60Si2Mn;when the thickness ≥18mm, we recommend at least SUP9/55CrMn, some even choose more better spring steel according to the spring technology. The free package way is wooden pallet, special is in charged extra.
