TRA2742, 365-01, is a heavy duty full taper semi-trailer leaf spring applied in Huntchen,Brinkley, and Cush suspensions. It is vevy compatible with the following trailers: Binkley: DuraLite, UltraLite and UltraLite2 models; Cush: BMS, BMF, BRS,BRF AND BRL RideMax models; Hutchens: Air suspension Model 2000, 7600, 7650, 7700, 7800, 7900 and 9800; Great Dane: trailer model H.
The advanced electrophoretic coating makes the spring surface smooth and neat. Moreover, this kind of painting thickness is greater than conventional. So don't worry long time store may lead to rust and dust.
PRODUCT INSPECTION REPORT for every batch is available for us to provide. The spring steel material is optional,which have 60Si2Mn, SUP9/55CrMn, 50CrVA, 51CrV4, 52CrCoV4. Usually, the spring steel thickness ＜ 18mm, we recommend 60Si2Mn;when the thickness ≥18mm, we recommend at least SUP9/55CrMn, some even choose more better spring steel according to the spring technology.
