TRA699, TRA-699, UXB000201 is a heavy duty full taper semi-trailer leaf spring applied in Huntchen,Brinkley, and Cush suspensions. Its arch is medium to minimize vibration while carrying heavy loads.
The advanced electrophoretic coating makes the spring surface smooth and neat. Moreover, this kind of painting thickness is greater than conventional. So don't worry long time store may lead to rust and dust.
PRODUCT INSPECTION REPORT for every batch is available for us to provide. The spring steel material is optional,which have 60Si2Mn, SUP9/55CrMn, 50CrVA, 51CrV4, 52CrCoV4. Usually, the spring steel thickness ＜ 18mm, we recommend 60Si2Mn;when the thickness ≥18mm, we recommend at least SUP9/55CrMn, some even choose more better spring steel according to the spring technology.
